With over 25 years and more than 250MW of solar development experience, Prairie Fox Holdings, Ltd. invests in and maintains stable long term ownership of "solar-ready" properties for utility-scale solar developers and asset owners.
We apply proprietary solar siting software and additional screening processes to find and invest in property well suited for future utility-scale solar development. Our comprehensive pre-screening examines soils, wetlands, species, preliminary interconnection, solar resource, topography, entitlements, permitting, access, and other factors to help fast track the utility-scale solar development process for our partners.

These solar-ready properties are owned by Prairie Fox and are available for lease to qualified solar developers that meet our preferred profile. Please contact us to learn more and discuss lease particulars.
